All parcels within the Indonesia will be shipped by JNE . All price terms are listed at JNE.
Customers could choose the shipping method between JNE Reg and JNE YES.

Delivery Time

With JNE  the packages will be delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 3 working days. We ship our packages from Monday to Friday at 2.30pm. Orders placed and paid before 2pm will be included in the shipment of the day at 2.30pm. Orders placed and paid after 2pm will be included in the next day's shipping. Orders placed and paid on Saturday and Sunday will be included in Monday's shipping.


We will gladly accept returns. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the package was received. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags in perfect condition. We will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.

An item can only be exchanged for another item with the same style in a different size or colour. 

Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.

All returns should be accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and wish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. We do not accept pre orders for exchanged item. If the item you wish to exchange to is sold out or unavailable, your order will simply be refunded. The returned items will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We recommend sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.

If we sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, we will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.
